Putting People First – HR administrator

12-Month FTC | Hybrid 3-2 | £35,000

An award-winning, digitally led PR and communications agency is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
Working within a small and collaborative HR team of three, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career with some HR experience who is looking to build their career in a fast-paced and creative business.

The Role
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Responding to employee queries, including benefits and HR policies
  • Maintaining and updating the HRIS system (HiBob)
  • Supporting the HR team with general administration and documentation
  • Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with HR processes and projects where required
About You
  • Some previous HR administration experience (ideal for a second jobber)
  • Able to work confidently and autonomously within a small team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to turn tasks around quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
