Putting People First – HR administrator

An award-winning, digitally led PR and communications agency is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
Working within a small and collaborative HR team of three, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career with some HR experience who is looking to build their career in a fast-paced and creative business.
The Role
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Responding to employee queries, including benefits and HR policies
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS system (HiBob)
- Supporting the HR team with general administration and documentation
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with HR processes and projects where required
About You
- Some previous HR administration experience (ideal for a second jobber)
- Able to work confidently and autonomously within a small team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to turn tasks around quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and administrative skills
