They are looking for a highly organised HR Administrator to support the HR Team and help maintain a positive and efficient workplace.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Maintain employee records and update HR systems accurately
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
Coordinate interviews and support recruitment administration
Monitor holiday, absence, and other employee records
Support payroll preparation with relevant HR data
Respond to employee HR queries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication
Previous experience in an HR administration or HR assistant role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
A proactive, team-focused approach
Desirable
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
Experience within an agency, creative, or communications environment
