Our client, a highly regarded Private Equity firm, is looking for a professional and personable Team Assistant to join their team!


Located in stunning, modern offices with beautiful breakout spaces and a state-of-the-art kitchen, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with around two years’ team assistant experience who is looking to develop their career within a corporate, high-performing environment. 

The Role:
  • Providing full team support including diary management and scheduling
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organising internal and external meetings and events
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Providing approximately one hour of reception cover daily
  • Acting as a key support function to ensure the team operates efficiently

About you:
  • Around two years’ experience in a Team Assistant or similar support role
  • Confident, friendly and highly professional in approach
  • Hard-working, proactive and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working within a corporate, client-facing environment
  • Well-presented with a polished and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
