Developing Careers for Office Staff

This is working within a large business based in Birmingham City Centre and they are searching for someone who can effectively lead a team.

It is essential to have previous experience in a team leader or manager position in a professional service or corporate environment. Is would be ideal to have previous HR systems, policies and processes experience but this part is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Administrators

• Collaborating effectively with fellow Team Leaders across the business

• Delegating workloads and supporting the team with prioritisation

• Producing weekly operational reports for the business and People Team

• Ensuring timely and seamless onboarding for new employees

• Maintaining accuracy when adding early careers populations to internal systems

• Conducting data quality checks and offering real-time, constructive feedback

• Coaching and upskilling team members to deliver a customer-centric service

• Managing and investigating issues and resolving queries as needed
