Confident, proactive Team Assistant – Private Equity – Mayfair - £40,000 - £45,000
High end Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair with over 50 staff are currently recruiting a confident, friendly, hardworking Team Assistant. You will work closely with an established Operations Manager who is extremely encouraging and supportive. As Team Assistant you will provide administration support to a friendly, sociable and professional team with a well-established client base. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years office/corporate experience with a proactive, can do, flexible mind-set, happy to be office based 5 days, hours are 9-5:30pm.

Key duties:
• Diary management for the team
• Coordinating travel UK and international
• Organizing internal company and client events
• Providing overflow reception cover (just one hour daily)
• Assisting with preparation of client materials for meetings
• Updating Health & Safety records
• Assisting with Ops Manager with facilities/operational support duties
