Office Manager/ PA
An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/ PA to drive smooth day-to-day operations!
Serve as the central hub of the Birmingham office providing proactive, high-level support to Senior Management and coordination within the office. This dynamic and fast-paced role offers a varied workload, requiring a highly organised, motivated individual who thrives on keeping everything running efficiently and seamlessly!
Responsibilities:
· Be the energetic first point of contact for the office, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing post and deliveries with professionalism and flair.
· Provide proactive and organised support as Personal Assistant to senior management, expertly managing multiple busy email inboxes, prioritising communications, and ensuring timely, polished responses.
· Efficiently schedule important appointments and strategic meetings, expertly managing busy diaries with precision.
· Coordinate all staff travel and booking, flights, trains, hotels, taxis, and events efficiently, ensuring approvals and invoices are handled flawlessly.
· Source and secure the best deals for office essentials, from equipment to supplies, ensuring seamless purchasing and smooth operations.
· Oversee and energise office facilities by coordinating maintenance and service schedules, managing supplier visits, and ensuring a spotless, safe, and fully compliant workspace always.
· Drive a seamless onboarding experience by supporting new starter inductions, coordinating IT setup, managing paperwork, and liaising closely with HR.
Experience:
· Demonstrated success thriving in a fast-paced administrative environment.
· Knowledge of MS applications.
· Passion for and experience in handling diverse administrative responsibilities.
