Board-Level Minute Taker – Remote Contract
Are you a highly organised professional with a talent for capturing key discussions with precision and clarity? We are seeking an exceptional minute taker to support a nonprofit organisation with board meeting transcription and documentation on a flexible, project basis.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be completed from home, although we would ideally like to hear from candidates based in or around the West Midlands or London.
In this role, you will be responsible for transcribing board meeting minutes, ensuring that key discussions, issues raised and agreed actions are accurately captured and presented in a clear, professional format. Your work will play an important part in ensuring meetings are documented thoroughly and that decisions and actions are recorded with complete accuracy.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and previous experience producing minutes at a corporate or board level. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage deadlines effectively and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion. Experience working as a PA, Executive Assistant or within a legal environment would be highly advantageous.
This is a flexible, ad hoc project role that can be arranged to fit around your schedule, whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work.
