Team Assistant required for Private Equity Firm in Mayfair

A great all rounder is required for this Private Equity firm  based in the heart of the West End with about 50 employees.

The role is busy and varied as you will be catering to the needs of your colleagues as and when

The responsibilities  are :-

  • Diary management
  • Organising travel, visas etc
  • Organising expenses
  • Formatting reports 
  • Helping out at events etc
  • Covering reception for an hour every day

This role will suit an enthusiastic , friendly individual with great organizational skills and a "can-do attitude"
