Immediate Temp Engagement Officer for 6 months
We are currently looking for an Employer Engagement Officer to join a leading Charity on a temp basis for 6 months. This role is mainly remote with some presence required in the London office and is paying £16.50 hour. This is an immediate start with 9-5.30 hours. A sales or recruitment background is desired.
The role
Lead generation - finding potential and viable placements within our target areas
Booking meetings with employers and the rest of the team
Holding meetings with employers to onboard them onto programme
Track, monitor and report using CRM, Excel workbooks and other supporting software.
Assist employers to complete key paperwork
Complete due diligence checks and quality assurance
Collaborate with wider team to ensure consistency and accuracy of approach and information
Attend team meetings
Ad hoc Admin
