HR Advisor – Legal Services

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Advisor to support our wider HR function. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone confident working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes maintaining accurate employee records and documentation, including right-to-work information, handling confidential data in line with company policies, and escalating any risks or non-compliance where necessary. You will also provide guidance to internal stakeholders on HR matters and work closely with the HR team to ensure processes run smoothly.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with HR systems and a solid understanding of HR processes is essential. Knowledge of employment law and at least six months of relevant HR experience is preferred.
