We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, highly regarded law firm in Birmingham for an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to join their dynamic Employment Team.

The Role
As a Legal PA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Employment Team. You will provide proactive, high-level support while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries professionally and efficiently.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documentation with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitoring post and email inboxes, prioritising communications, drafting responses where appropriate and ensuring accurate filing.
- Overseeing financial reporting processes and managing spreadsheets.
- Maintaining accurate client and matter data within case management and practice management systems.
- Supporting fee earners with client events, marketing initiatives and broader business development activities.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel where required.
- Ensuring compliance procedures and internal processes are consistently upheld.
About You
- Previous experience working within a legal or similar professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
