You are:
- Background in a scientific discipline (degree advantageous, not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Commercially aware with an interest in marketing or client engagement
- Confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to develop within a science-led business environment
- Previous experience in a client-facing, marketing, or coordination role is beneficial but not required
