The Role
  • As Junior Coordinator, you will operate at the intersection of science and marketing, helping ensure that technical excellence is translated into clear, impactful client communications. Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and strengthening trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Delivering exceptional service while ensuring seamless coordination of projects
  • Supporting internal teams with organisational and administrative activities to maintain operational excellence
  • Developing a thorough understanding of client objectives, brand positioning, and strategic messaging
  • Contributing to the development of persuasive, scientifically robust proposals and presentations
  • Supporting broader initiatives that drive commercial growth and long-term organisational success

About You
  • A background in science (a degree is advantageous but not essential)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Intellectually curious, adaptable, and motivated to develop professionally
  • Previous client-facing, marketing, or account management experience is beneficial, though not required
