The Role
- As Junior Coordinator, you will operate at the intersection of science and marketing, helping ensure that technical excellence is translated into clear, impactful client communications. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and strengthening trusted, long-term client relationships
- Delivering exceptional service while ensuring seamless coordination of projects
- Supporting internal teams with organisational and administrative activities to maintain operational excellence
- Developing a thorough understanding of client objectives, brand positioning, and strategic messaging
- Contributing to the development of persuasive, scientifically robust proposals and presentations
- Supporting broader initiatives that drive commercial growth and long-term organisational success
About You
- A background in science (a degree is advantageous but not essential)
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with a range of stakeholders
- Intellectually curious, adaptable, and motivated to develop professionally
- Previous client-facing, marketing, or account management experience is beneficial, though not required
