Personal Assistant to Chairman
We are seeking a highly organised, discreet and proactive Personal Assistant to support a well respected Chairman known for his strong values, integrity and excellent work ethic. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a principled and professional leader in a role that spans with all private responsibilities. This role is working closely with his Business PA, Chief of Staff, HR and team of analysts and will be based in the family office.
This is a hands on role requiring exceptional attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to operate seamlessly within a high profile household and corporate environment. The successful candidate will be confident managing lifestyle, household and administrative responsibilities, attending events when required, and travelling internationally to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the Chairman and family.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
• Comprehensive diary management and coordination of meetings and appointments
• General administration and daily task coordination
• Managing correspondence and ensuring prompt follow-up on actions
• Overseeing daily schedules and ensuring smooth execution of commitments
• Lifestyle & Private Support
• Organising medical and dental appointments
• Personal shopping, gift sourcing and wardrobe coordination
• Managing dry cleaning, deliveries and personal errands
• Booking restaurants, events and securing tickets for private and corporate functions
• Attending events alongside the Chairman when required
Travel Management
• Booking and coordinating private and commercial flights for the Chairman and family
• Organising international travel itineraries including visas, transfers, hotels and security where required
• Travelling internationally to support the Chairman when necessary
Household Management
• Managing and overseeing household staff rotas
• Coordinating additional temporary staff when required
• Ensuring properties are fully prepared ahead of arrivals
• Supervising daily household operations and resolving issues proactively
Candidate Profile
• 6 years + proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive or ultra high net worth individual
• Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities
• Discreet, trustworthy and accustomed to handling confidential matters
• Flexible and resilient, with the ability to work outside standard hours when required
• Comfortable travelling internationally
• Strong communication skills and confident liaising with household staff and external providers
• Solutions-focused with a proactive, “no task too small” attitude
