As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, high-level support, ensuring seamless coordination across professional and personal commitments. This is a varied and trusted role requiring absolute discretion, precision, and proactivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones

• Global travel coordination (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries)

• Meeting preparation, board materials, and investor documentation support

• Inbox management and high-volume correspondence handling

• Liaising with portfolio companies, investors, and internal stakeholders

• Expense management and administrative reporting


You will have :-

• Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or professional services

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of discretion and professionalism

• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset

• Comfortable handling both business and personal matters
