Our client is a world-class international law firm, and they are currently looking for a Legal Personal Assistant. Based in their prestigious Manchester office, you’ll collaborate with senior lawyers across a truly global network, operating at the highest level of professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-profile client initiatives, coordinate prestigious events, manage legal directory submissions, and nurture professional networks that strengthen the firm’s market presence.
- Craft polished client communications, support marketing campaigns, and elevate the firm’s profile across platforms including LinkedIn and key industry events.
- Attend project meetings and book travel including overseas travel and booking accommodation.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, confidently handling sophisticated client queries and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Take full responsibility for billing processes, lead financial housekeeping meetings, manage expenses, and resolve complex billing queries with discretion and confidence.
- Accurately managing diaries and coordinating key dates.
Prior experience:
- An experienced Executive Assistant from a legal or professional services background who thrives in a high-performance environment. You’ll bring:
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- The confidence to build relationships at all levels
- Impeccable organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure
