Team Leader required in Not for Profit Enterprise in West London.
This role would suit someone with previous leadership experience with experience of managing a team of 6-10 Administrators.
Duties will include the recruitment, training and development of staff, managing UK visa regulations as well as liaising with suppliers and contractors.
You will direct programmes to ensure they meet requirements and identify and resolve client issues. No Financial KPI's or cold calling is required.
The role could also include overseas travel to Partner organisations internationally.
