Marketing Campaign Manager (Brand & Campaigns)

Join us to lead data-driven, product-led marketing across a leading tech firm. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and team leadership — perfect for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, brand, and performance.

What you’ll be doing:
Marketing Delivery & Campaigns
• Create high-impact content and campaign assets including landing pages, in-portal messaging, and digital content.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid media, and content.
• Brief and collaborate with Brand, Creative, PR, and Events teams for cohesive.

Brand & Communications
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and up-to-date guidelines.
• Oversee branded templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Act as a brand ambassador across internal and external touchpoints.

CRO & Digital Optimisation
• Lead experimentation across websites, funnels, and in-portal journeys.
• Develop hypotheses and test using data, behaviour insights, and UX best practice.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements that reduce friction and increase conversion.

Data, Analytics & Commercial Performance
• Own dashboards and performance reporting.
• Provide insights to shape marketing strategy, product development, and commercial forecasting.
• Monitor paid performance and optimise for ROI.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Line-manage and develop junior marketers, fostering a culture of testing, iteration, and data-led decision making.
• Support quarterly targets and cross-functional planning.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Content, Brand and wider teams to ensure alignment.

Events & Partnerships
• Support thought leadership and event promotion by briefing content and events leads.

Experience:
Essential
• 3–5 years’ marketing experience, including B2B and multi-channel campaign delivery.
• Experience briefing creatives and guiding junior marketers or agencies.
• Strong knowledge across digital, email, social, content, and events.
• Brand management experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with the ability to lead, motivate, and prioritise.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics and CRM/automation tools.

Desirable
• Experience in land, property, or built-environment sectors.
• Understanding of both B2B and B2C audiences.
