Marketing Manager
A market-leading, high-growth organisation is seeking an ambitious Marketing Campaign Manager to spearhead bold, insight-driven campaigns that fuel growth, deepen engagement, and elevate brand presence.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on marketer who thrives on turning big ideas into standout multi-channel campaigns, from initial concept through to launch, optimisation, and measurable results.
At the centre of a fast-paced marketing function, you’ll shape how the brand comes to life across email, social, paid media, and content. Working in close partnership with design, UX, and commercial teams, you’ll deliver creative, data-led campaigns that not only capture attention but drive real performance.
The Role
- Own the planning, creation and delivery of high-impact multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid media and content.
- Build campaign calendars, journeys and workflows that drive lead gen, engagement and retention.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end from briefing and copy to launch, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with UX, Design, Marketing and Sales to ensure integrated, aligned campaign delivery.
- Champion the brand, protecting tone of voice and embedding a Product-Led Growth mindset.
- Provide clear creative direction and briefs to designers, agencies and content partners.
- Use GA4, HubSpot, Looker (or similar) to analyse performance, support CRO and maximise ROI.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in campaign, digital or multi-channel marketing.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end email, social and digital campaigns that drive results.
- Confidence when leading creative briefs while ensuring strong brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Excellent communication skills - strong written, visual and verbal abilities.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for optimisation and continuous improvement.
