Payroll Specialist - FTC
A leading global organisation is seeking a process-driven Senior Payroll Adviser to join its high-performing team on an 18-month contract.
Supporting payroll for thousands of employees, you will ensure accuracy, compliance and an excellent colleague experience. You will act as a subject matter expert on payroll and pension policies, manage pension contributions, handle complex queries and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Candidates must have strong payroll experience within a large, fast-paced environment, alongside solid knowledge of payroll legislation and pensions. You should be detail-focused, proactive and confident communicating across the business.
Following initial training, the role will move to a hybrid model with just one day per week in the office.
