The Role
- Take ownership of incoming requests, prioritising and tracking them through task management systems to keep the office running seamlessly.
- Lead, coach, and develop co-workers to deliver consistently high-quality workplace services.
- Drive best practice across the office, proactively reviewing workloads and resources to ensure teams are well supported through periods of change.
- Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests, working closely with suppliers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work alongside the Front of House team to ensure consistent reception cover and support.
You Will Need
- Proven experience in a similar professional environment, with responsibility for leading or supervising a team.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with clear and confident communication both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a structured and methodical approach to prioritising work and managing multiple tasks.
- A proactive, positive mindset, with the confidence to use initiative and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
