Calling all Marketing Managers in Birmingham!

Marketing Manager

Birmingham | Hybrid

A market-leading, fast-growing organisation is looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on bold, multi-channel campaigns that drive growth, engagement and brand love. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on marketer who enjoys building campaigns from concept to launch — and backing decisions with data.

You’ll sit at the heart of marketing, shaping how the brand shows up across email, social, paid media and content, while working closely with design, UX and commercial teams to deliver campaigns that perform.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning the planning, creation and delivery of high-impact multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid media and content.
  • Building campaign calendars, journeys and workflows that drive lead generation, engagement and retention.
  • Managing campaign execution end-to-end — from briefing and copy to scheduling, launch and optimisation.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with UX, Design, Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned and integrated.
  • Leading audience segmentation and targeting across both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Keeping campaigns on track by managing timelines, approvals and quality standards.
  • Championing the brand — evolving guidelines, protecting tone of voice and embedding a Product-Led Growth mindset.
  • Providing creative direction and clear briefs to designers, agencies and content partners.
  • Using tools like GA4, HubSpot, Looker (or similar) to analyse performance, deliver insights, support CRO activity and maximise ROI.
What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years’ experience in campaign, digital or multi-channel marketing.
  • Proven experience delivering email, social and digital campaigns end-to-end.
  • Confidence leading creative briefs and maintaining strong brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, visual and verbal.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in land, property or the built environment is a bonus (not essential).
