For one of our clients, a company located in the south of Brussels, we are currently looking for an Account Manager.
Your profile:
You are a native Dutch speaker with a strong command of French, or fully bilingual in Dutch/French. Fluency in English is a strong plus.
You jhave excellent sales skills and know how to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
You bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Healthcare or Pharma sector.
You are a proactive team player with a strong customer-focused mindset.
You are highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You feel at ease using modern tools and digital communication channels.
Your responsibilities:
You own and manage your sales pipeline, overseeing the full end-to-end sales process.
You identify and develop new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
You proactively seek out new prospects and expand our client base.
You schedule and lead regular client meetings to present our solutions and gain a deep understanding of their needs.
Based on these insights, you prepare tailored contract proposals and guide them through to successful signing.
You ensure a seamless handover after contract closure, working closely with internal teams (Project Managers, Events, Editorial, Studio) to deliver an outstanding client experience.
You collaborate with the marketing team to support impactful communication and lead generation initiatives
