Trainee Graduate Consultant
Are you a graduate looking for an exciting start to your career in a fast paced and supportive environment? Based in Birmingham City Centre with 50 years’ experience in this sector, we are looking for bright, proactive people to join our exciting graduate scheme.
You will begin in operations, supporting clients and candidates, administrative tasks, creating social media content, collecting operational data important for the business. After a few months, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Trainee Temp Consultant role, working directly with clients and candidates, developing commercial skills, and contributing to team revenue. Conducting face to face interviews with candidates and visiting a wide range of clients in a variety of settings. No two days are the same in this role, so we are looking for strong communicators who are eager to learn in this fun and exciting role.
