We’re seeking a confident and experienced Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a premium, client-focused workspace. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard, leads from the front, and delivers an exceptional client experience.
The Role:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including onboarding and offboarding
- Lead, motivate, and develop an on-site team
- Drive operational excellence and identify process improvements
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and facilities, including H&S compliance
- Conduct sales viewings and support centre-wide sales activity
- Oversee client billing and invoicing
- Respond to building issues and on-site emergencies
About You:
- Proven experience in centre, operations, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm, organised, and confident in fast-paced environments
- Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Polished, professional, and client-centric
