We’re seeking a confident and experienced Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a premium, client-focused workspace. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard, leads from the front, and delivers an exceptional client experience.

The Role:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Lead, motivate, and develop an on-site team
  • Drive operational excellence and identify process improvements
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and facilities, including H&S compliance
  • Conduct sales viewings and support centre-wide sales activity
  • Oversee client billing and invoicing
  • Respond to building issues and on-site emergencies
About You:
  • Proven experience in centre, operations, or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Calm, organised, and confident in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Polished, professional, and client-centric
