Assistant Manager (Temp to Perm)
City of London | £35,000–£38,000 per annum (DOE)
We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a high-end, service-led organisation in the City. This temp-to-perm opportunity would suit someone from a 5 hospitality background who is passionate about people, service excellence, and leading by example.
The Role:
- Support day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Supervise and motivate on-site teams, leading with a positive and proactive approach
- Actively contribute to daily team meetings and problem solving
- Ensure consistently high standards across service delivery and presentation
About You:
- Previous experience supervising staff (essential)
- Background in 5 hospitality is seen as a bonus
- Passionate about service, people, and anticipating client needs
