Live-In Executive Housekeeper – Italy
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper fluent in Italian and English to oversee a prestigious luxury estate in rural Italy.
The role involves managing 26 high-end residences within a large, state-of-the-art complex set in a stunning location. You will be responsible for leading a housekeeping team of 2 Assistant Housekeepers and 20 Maids, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are maintained at all times, particularly during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across multiple luxury properties
• Manage, train, and motivate a large housekeeping team
• Maintain exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and quality control
• Ensure smooth operations during peak occupancy
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English (essential)
• Proven experience in luxury housekeeping, ideally in a senior or executive role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple properties
• High standards, professionalism, and discretion
