Health & Safety Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
City of London | Hybrid | £15 per hour
Are global client are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an administrative, coordination-focused role supporting property compliance and safety requirements.
The Role:
- Booking Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
- Arranging Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports
- Coordinating Portable Appliance Testing
- Liaising with tenants and contractors to schedule works
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation
Details:
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Hybrid working
- Immediate start required
- One-stage Teams interview
About You:
- Strong administrative experience (property experience ideal)
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
