CCTV Support Technician 

Location: London (In office)

A market-leading global technology company, recognised for delivering advanced security technology solutions to clients worldwide, is seeking a skilled CCTV Support Technician for a key office-based role supporting a major international client account.

Based onsite at their headquarters in the heart of London, you will support the wider CCTV and video security technology team in a helpdesk capacity, providing support across the national business.

The Role 
  • Download, redact, and securely share CCTV/video footage to support client incident and investigation requests (e.g. suspected theft, disturbances, or other escalations).
  • Liaise professionally with the client, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and developing strong working relationships.
  • Escalate video technology issues to engineering or field teams where onsite intervention is required.
  • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and full audit trails for all casework.
You will need 
  • Previous experience working with CCTV or video security technology.
  • Proven experience in screening, redacting, and formatting video footage.
  • A good working knowledge of computer networks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and build rapport.
  • A highly organised, detail-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
