This is a career-defining opportunity to truly make the role your own. We are looking for a confident, credible, and resilient HR professional who thrives in complex change environments and can lead from the front on a large-scale UK restructuring initiative.
The Role:
- Lead and deliver complex restructuring activity, including redundancy, redeployment, and internal role changes, with professionalism and empathy.
- Plan, coordinate, and support sensitive meetings with managers and employees, from initial briefings through to formal consultation processes.
- Produce high-quality documentation, draft clear and compliant correspondence, maintain meticulous records, and ensure full adherence to employment legislation and company policy.
- Provide expert, pragmatic advice on employee relations matters, change management, and organisational design.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to align workforce planning with evolving business needs and future growth strategies.
- Manage a demanding and varied workload, adapting seamlessly to peaks in activity while supporting wider project administration where required.
Please note: occasional UK-wide travel is required.
You Will Need:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Manager within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrable success delivering redundancy and restructuring programmes end-to-end.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build credibility at all levels.
- The ability to work independently and decisively within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset, with the flexibility to balance strategic thinking and hands-on operational delivery.
- Experience within construction, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments is highly advantageous.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent professional experience) preferred.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
