Location: Bromsgrove
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join a dynamic, fast-growing marketing team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for someone eager to build their career in marketing, using fresh ideas and energy to help elevate the brand and deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s marketing activity across digital, social and events, contributing to overall brand growth.
The role includes:
- Deliver strategic marketing activities across digital channels, including website content management, campaigns and updates, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Create, schedule and analyse engaging social media content across all major platforms to drive brand awareness, audience growth and community engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of UK and international events, exhibitions and trade shows, including post-event follow-up activity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform creative ideas and strategic decisions.
You will need
- Degree-qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign (essential).
- Experience within a premium consumer, fashion or lifestyle brand is desirable.
- Confident user of WordPress, Shopify, Amazon and social media platforms, with strong digital awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong copywriting, proofreading and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive and creative, with a strong visual eye and a positive, collaborative attitude.
