This fast-paced, varied position will see you acting as a central project co-ordinator, managing multiple recruitment processes and delivering high-level operational support to keep priorities on track and deadlines met. Suited to a driven, forward-thinking individual who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys being at the centre of business activity.
This role is offered on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong view to permanency.
The Role:
• Act as a key point of contact, coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear communication across projects.
• Provide polished administrative support, including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, HR) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support core HR processes.
• Prepare and format professional documents, reports, and presentations in line with brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Communicate confidently with clients and candidates, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
You Will Have:
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project coordination; exposure to HR or recruitment is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
