An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an industry leading industrial/manufacturing international business!
We are seeking a HR Business Partner to support on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in central Birmingham. This roles salary is ranging from £50-55k a year based on prior experience.
This role is looking for someone to take the reins on the restructuring process in this project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead and actively deliver complex, business-critical restructuring programmes, encompassing redundancy processes, redeployment opportunities, and strategic internal role transitions.
• Strategically organise and professionally support a wide range of employee and management meetings, from early-stage communications and briefings through to structured, formal consultation forums.
• Provide high-quality, detail-driven HR operational support, including drafting clear and compliant documentation, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and ensuring strict adherence to employment legislation and internal policies.
• Deliver proactive and knowledgeable support across employee relations matters, advising on sensitive change management activity and evolving organisational design requirements.
• Partner closely with senior leadership teams to proactively shape workforce planning that aligns with the organisation’s long-term growth ambitions and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with experienced senior HR professionals to ensure a consistent, credible, and people-focused approach to all initiatives.
• Support a variety of project and administrative activities, demonstrating strong organisational skills while independently managing workload, priorities, and deadlines.

Essential:
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience operating in a senior, operational HR capacity within a complex industrial/manufacturing environment, supporting large-scale projects or programmes.
• Strong personal credibility and confidence to lead, facilitate, and contribute to sensitive HR discussions and meetings with managers, employees, and key stakeholders.
• A highly collaborative and adaptable team player, willing to contribute across all aspects of the role and provide support at varying levels to ensure collective success.
