We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist for a growing tech firm!
This role is based in Birmingham, working two days in the office in a progressive, fast-moving SaaS environment.
This role is very much suited to someone who has prior experience in working in Customer Success, or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully onboard new clients, supporting them towards success.
• Managing relationships with clients to ensure a success for them.
• Provide thorough training and support to clients.
• Using the CRM system to accurately manage and track all activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure growth of the product.
• Driving growth and inputting new ideas to encourage customer engagement.
• Working towards your targets successfully, identifying and opportunities to upsell.
Essential:
• Experienced in SaaS, customer service or Account Management.
• Confident in communicating your ideas and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• The ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Experienced in using CRM systems successfully.
• Commercially aware with exposure to renewals, upselling and retention.
