Private Executive Assistant to Founder (Dubai)
We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Private Executive Assistant to support a Founder in Dubai. This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced private environment and has extensive experience working at UHNW level within Dubai.
The Role
This position combines private, family, and property support, requiring complete discretion, excellent organisation, and strong local knowledge. You will be responsible for managing the Founder’s Dubai-based personal and family affairs, acting as a trusted right hand across all aspects of daily life.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and coordinating the Founder’s Dubai family life
Managing the household in collaboration with the House Manager, including day-to-day operations
Looking after multiple Dubai properties
Organising and coordinating family holidays and travel
Managing an extensive art collection, including logistics, records, and liaison with relevant parties
Sourcing and managing high-end Dubai venues, suppliers, and services
Acting as the central point of contact for trusted local partners and advisors
Ensuring smooth, efficient running of all private matters from the office base
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
Have extensive Private EA / Private PA experience supporting UHNW individuals
Currently live in Dubai or have significant prior work experience in Dubai
Possess excellent local knowledge and strong Dubai-based connections
Be highly organised, proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented
Enjoy being office-based and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Be a car owner
Demonstrate flexibility, commitment, and a true service mindset
