An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-recognised global brand for a trusted, proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills and the confidence to go beyond traditional PA responsibilities, to make this job their own.
In this varied role, you will act as a project co-ordinator, manage multiple recruitment processes, and provide outstanding planning support to ensure deadlines are met and workflows remain seamlessly aligned. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys playing a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the business.
This role is initially a 6 month contract with a view to permanent.
The Role
· Act as a central point of contact, both internally and externally, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear communication across all projects.
· Provide comprehensive administration support, including diary and inbox management, travel arrangement, internal and external meetings.
· Support key stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with wider teams (finance, advertising, HR) to ensure seamless operational delivery.
· Manage end-to-end key HR processes including full recruitment cycle coordination.
· Prepare, proof and format documents, reports, and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines.
· Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline assignment management and enhance overall efficiency.
· Communicate confidently and professionally with clients and candidates, building strong rapport and trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
· Handle incoming enquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
You will have
· Education to degree level, or equivalent.
· Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Confidence when communicating with others, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
· Previous experience in project coordination and exposure to HR processes is desirable.
