We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a well-established educational organisation based in North Wembley. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional looking for an ongoing temporary role with the potential to go permanent.


Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support across the HR function

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

Assisting with recruitment processes, including onboarding and compliance checks

Supporting absence management, contracts, and HR documentation

Responding to HR-related queries from staff and stakeholders

General HR administration duties as required

About You:

Previous experience in an HR administrative role is essential

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

DBS Requirement:
A DBS check is required for this role due to the educational setting. If you do not currently hold a valid DBS, we will support the successful candidate in obtaining one.
