Receptionist for an award winning Property Firm

This  Property company is looking for a valuable extension to  their wider Facilities Team

You will be working Monday to Friday  - 9am - 6pm

The duties are plentiful and varied and consist of :-

  • Greeting visitors and serving as the first point of contact
  • Arranging the booking of meeting rooms, video/conference facilities, refreshments, taxis, couriers 
  • Responding to internal and external telephone calls
  • Taking clear messages

You will

  • Have previous experience within a Receptionist role within a fast paced environment
  • Excellent telephone manner  with clear communication skills 
  • Calm under pressure
  • Team Player with a can - do attitude
  • Friendly, polite, professional  with a great sense of humour
