Technical Coordinator

A prestigious private family office based in West London is seeking a Technical Coordinator to provide trusted, hands-on technology support across the office and private family residences.


The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring technology runs smoothly across the family office. From resolving Wi-Fi issues to supporting laptops, printers, and home entertainment systems, you’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing on-site technical support across the family office and private residences
  • Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues
  • Supporting laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Assisting with basic software issues, system reboots, and updates
  • Supporting home entertainment systems, including Sky TV and streaming services
  • Liaising with external IT, telecoms, and AV providers when specialist support is required
  • Setting up new devices and ensuring smooth onboarding for users
  • Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times

About You
  • Hands-on experience in a technical support, IT coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of everyday IT and home technology
  • Confident troubleshooting Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, and TV/AV systems
  • Comfortable providing in-person support in private settings
