Operations Lead – Financial Services
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager seeking a new opportunity with a successful financial services firm based in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for the operational management of the business, ensuring a high level of service in day-to-day operations. This role offers plenty of opportunity to make your mark and help shape the business while supporting continued growth.
You will also provide ongoing HR support and implement new processes to increase efficiency across the business. Previous experience in an operations role is essential, as you will be coordinating operations to support the overall business strategy. Experience within financial services is beneficial but not essential.
