You’ll begin in operations, supporting clients and candidates, managing administrative tasks, creating social media content, assisting with team projects, and learning the business behind the scenes. After a few months, you’ll progress into a Trainee Temp Consultant role, working directly with candidates and clients, developing commercial skills, contributing to team revenue, and taking part in team incentives. Many graduates move into a full Temp Consultant role within their first year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build communication, organisational, and commercial skills while earning competitive pay, with many graduates achieving up to £50,000 in their first year. We’re looking for professional, organised, proactive graduates who are confident communicating with a range of people and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment.
