This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional looking to build breadth and depth in a high performing, fast paced organisation.Reporting into the HR leadership, you will play a key operational role across generalist HR activity, onboarding and compliance. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate HR data, and advising managers and employees on HR queries, whilst ensuring policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, references and system updates
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to employees and managers
- Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems (e.g. Workday) and produce HR reports
- Support probation processes, employee changes and HR documentation
- Coordinate mandatory training, inductions and compliance requirements
- Assist with qualifications, CPD and professional membership administration
- Support HR projects, audits and wider people initiatives as required
About You:
Up to 7 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
CIPD qualified (or working towards)
Financial services sector knowledge preferred
Highly organised, proactive and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
