Business operations administrator -upto 40k
A city based content production studio is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of the business, bringing clarity, structure and seamless execution across every team.
In this dynamic role you will work across operations, finance, HR, production and sales to design efficient workflows, reduce friction, document processes and introduce low/no-code automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) to support scale.
You will manage cross team reporting by creating dashboards, consolidating data and producing weekly and monthly performance insights, while also maintaining financial tools (Xero, Join, Fathom, Google Sheets), assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting HR with onboarding, contracts, compliance and training records.
Acting as the internal “glue,” you will oversee tools, access, onboarding and communication to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration across the business.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in business operations or related fields, strong workflow and documentation skills, confidence with reporting and data management, exceptional attention to detail, a tech-savvy, automation-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in an everchanging creative deadline driven environment
Working hours 10:30am–7pm Mon-Fri
