Finance Administrator - high performing PR firm

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Finance Administrator to join a high performing and rapidly growing PR consultancy in London.

Working in the office (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm), you will be the main point of contact for all internal finance queries, supporting a busy, collaborative team while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations, including raising sales invoices, managing credit control, processing expenses, maintaining Xero, handling bank payments and company credit cards creating financial reports, supporting payroll and working closely with the external accountancy firm.
You will also partner closely with the Operations and HR Manager and CEO, providing essential internal support across finance and basic HR duties such as onboarding new starters and managing pension information. The chosen candidate will need to have AAT Level 2 or 3, and Xero experience, excellent multitasking skills and the confidence to work independently, take initiative and proactively flag issues or improvements.
