Finance administrator (AAT level 2/3 Qualified) upto 40k

A forward thinking investment house is seeking a diligent and detail driven Finance Administrator with up to 2 years’ experience working within a deadline driven finance department. This role would suit someone with a solid finance background who is eager to take ownership of day-to-day financial processes while supporting light HR administration tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
• Raising and issuing client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Chasing outstanding debtors and maintaining clear records of credit control activity
• Processing receipts and reconciling payments
• Supporting month-end and finance reporting as required
• Assisting with basic HR administration, including onboarding documentation and maintaining employee records
• Managing internal queries and ensuring financial data integrity across systems

Requirements:
• AAT qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
• Up to 2 years’ experience in a finance or finance-admin role
• Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to follow up with clients and colleagues professionally
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage deadlines in a busy environment
