Account Executive in Oxford!
Medical communications agency in Oxford is seeking an Account Executive to look after and support key pharmaceutical companies.
Duties will include working with the Account Managers and Account Directors on key medical projects including processing and delivering on the administrative and logistical aspects related to internal and external stakeholders.
You will organise client and internal project team meetings, schedules as well as regular liaison with external stakeholders. You will track cost on projects as well as assist with finance administration on projects and job roles.
Responsibilities will include meeting deadlines, manage client objectives as well as provide solutions-orientated new challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a Science Degree and a year's experience within medical communications.
The role offers an immediate start as well as hybrid and flexible working.
