HR opportunity in Finance, City based!

Our client is seeking a newly created role working closely together with the HR Business Partner and Training and Development Manager to effectively manage and make operations run more efficiently.
This role could suit an HR Advisor looking for a step or an HR Manager. Duties will include HR Administration, new joiner information as well as assistance with on-boarding and streamlining operations and systems. The role will also involve HR reporting and Data Analysis reporting into the Training and HR Business Partner.
Our client is seeking someone trustworthy who can assist and organise work loads as well as the ability to multi-task, work in a high pressure team to tight deadlines. Seeking a self-starter, someone who can report upwards as well as liaise with key stakeholders and assist with compliance with an inquisitive mind set who is a real team player. You will be able to navigate HR systems and be Tech savvy with an approachable, down to earth mind set.
