The Opportunity

As part of the Graduate Development Scheme, you will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team, gaining rare insight into how a leading recruitment business operates – while developing the skills to become a future leader within the group.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with our CEO and senior leaders to gain invaluable hands-on leadership experience.
  • Lead productive feedback meetings to drive actionable outcomes and foster growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis, presenting key insights that shape our business strategies.
  • Be the welcoming face for candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service.
  • Supporting all members of the office in day-to-day task: including
  • Dealing with incoming calls from clients and candidates
  • Completing registration documents with candidates
  • General office administration support
  • We offer a supportive and structured training program designed to accelerate your development and pave the way for your leadership journey.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A 2:1 degree
  • A positive, energetic personality and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people
  • Ambitious and motivated to push yourself outside your comfort zone
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
  • A pro-active can do attitude with the drive to take responsibility and develop quickly
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (valid Right to Work documentation required)

Starting Salary: £28,600

First year on target earnings potentially £55,000!
