Customer Support Associate
Looking for a fun, social team and a role where you can make some quick cash and meet great people?
We are looking for Customer Support Associates to support existing B2C customers with troubleshooting their home equipment and products. It’s a call-heavy role (around 80%), with calls ranging from quick 10-minute fixes to longer, more in-depth problem-solving chats.
You’ll be joining a lively, supportive team based in the West End.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling inbound support calls from existing customers
• Troubleshooting product or equipment issues
• Providing friendly, high-quality customer service
• Working closely with a brilliant, energetic team
Job Details
• £14 per hour
• Hybrid (3 days office / 2 WFH)
• 3-month minimum temp position with potential to go perm
• Hours: Mon–Thurs 9am–6pm, Fri 9am–5pm
• Location: West End,
