Multitasking Office Manager

A Fintech company within a small Head Office urgently seeks an Office Manager who will manage a team of 3 as well as supporting the office with a wide range of responsibilities such as :-

  • Overseeing all the admin duties
  • Ensuring all is compliant with Health and Safety issues
  • Monitoring all the budgets, supplier contracts and procurement of office materials and equipment
  • Diary management and travel arranging
  • Reconciliation of company credit card
  • Arranging external and internal meetings
