A Fintech company within a small Head Office urgently seeks an Office Manager who will manage a team of 3 as well as supporting the office with a wide range of responsibilities such as :-
- Overseeing all the admin duties
- Ensuring all is compliant with Health and Safety issues
- Monitoring all the budgets, supplier contracts and procurement of office materials and equipment
- Diary management and travel arranging
- Reconciliation of company credit card
- Arranging external and internal meetings
